Current or former students of Archbishop Anthony Meagher CCEC who have completed one or more high school credits through one of our Adult and Continuing Education sites may request a transcript. 

All former students are required to pay a $10.56 fee.

Step 1: Submit payment for Transcript.

*Current school year students may skip Step 1.

Step 2: Complete the Transcript Request Form and enter the purchase receipt number on the form.

Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.

Each student who graduates from Archbishop Anthony Meagher CCEC will be issued a diploma for OSSD completion, or certificate for Employment Training Program Completion (Personal Support Worker, Child Care Assistant Training Program, or Custodial Services Training).  Any additional or replacement copy requests will be subject to a $31.47 fee.

 

Step 1: Submit payment for replacement Diploma or Certificate.

Step 2: Complete the Replacement Diploma Request Form and enter the purchase receipt number on the form (if you are a former student – transcript requests for current students are free).
