Summer Camps for Literacy and Numeracy

We are offering Summer Camps to enhance literacy and numeracy skills for students who have completed Grades 6, 7 or 8.  Summer camps will be offered at various locations throughout the month of July.  Registrations open March 27, 2019.

Types of camps available

Registration Information:

Parents/Guardians are asked to complete a camp registration form for their children who have completed Grades 6, 7 or 8. 

Parents/Guardians will be notified about their child's placement in a camp.  Please note that students can participate in more than one type of camp, as each camp runs 4 days.  If a camp is full, students will be placed on a wait list.  There is no cost for summer camps.  Transportation to and from each camp is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Registrations open March 27, 2019 and are due by June 21, 2019.  All programs are dependent upon enrolment.  Click here to download registration form.


Please note that students can participate in more than one camp, but are asked to not register for the same camp for two weeks consecutively. The camps will be offered from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during the following weeks:

  • Week 1: July 2 - 5, 2019
  • Week 2: July 8 -11, 2019
  • Week 3: July 15 -18, 2019

  • C-AMP:  July 2 - July 26, 2019

There is no cost for this program.  Please note that camp enrolment will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis as space is limited.  Students will be put on a wait list and notified if the camp is full.
