Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate Program

Fall 2012 Program

Ajax Campus, 314 Harwood Avenue S., Suite 206

Date & Time:

MOS2C - November 1, 2012 to February 26, 2013 - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

Program:

  • All courses are hands-on and instructor led
  • Our centre is a Microsoft IT Academy
  • You can earn Ontario Secondary School Diploma credits while you work towards your MOS certification
  • If you already have the skills you can arrange to take the test without the class
  • Extra time for tests and exams my be required
  • Proof of Canadian citizenship required (i.e., birth certificate, permanent resident card, passport, citizenship card)

Fees:

Tuition fee: FREE
Books & Materials: $749 (includes HST), $100 deposit at time of registration
Certification exams are optional & cost extra

Information & Policies for Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate Program

Certification Examination Information:
All certification examinations are optional. Students should inform the school office at registration time whether they intend to write the certification examination. Microsoft is a U.S. certification program; therefore the costs of examinations are subject to change without prior notice.

Fee Schedule:
A $100 deposit must be paid upon registration to secure a place in the program. All fees must be paid prior to the beginning of the program.

Refund policy:

  • Durham Catholic District School Board reserves the right to close any class. If a class is closed or fails to start because minimum enrollment is not met, a full refund will be processed for the closed or cancelled class.
  • A full refund will be processed if requested five business days before the class begins, otherwise a $25 administrative fee will be charged.
  • Any books or materials issued to students will be deducted from the overall program cost.
  • Personal cheques are not accepted.
  • No refunds will be given after the commencement of the program.
