Take a moment for yourself to pause and learn at the Durham Catholic Parent Involvement Committee's Healthy Mind, Body and Spirit Symposium.

Keynote speaker: Teresa Hartnett, Director of the Family Ministry Office for the Diocese of Hamilton will speak about Faith and the 21st Century Learner: Healthy in Mind, Body and Spirit. 

Break-out sessions on the following topics available:

  • How to Help Our Children Live Mentally Healthy Lives;
  • Supporting Our Children to Form Positive Relationships Today, for Their Future Tomorrow;
  • Secondary School Life: Positioning Youth for Success Using Community Networks; or
  • Positive and Quick Approaches to Learning Outside the Classroom for Busy Parents.
